Kit and service pricing

Every number on this page is the number you pay. No call required to find out what a kit costs, and no discovery process before a service has a price.

Every kit, every price

Read this as a spec ladder, not a price list. Every rung ends in a five, the lowest is $875 and the highest is $2,395, and a kit moves up it for build size alone — more pipeline stages, more branching in the follow-up, more compliance wording to get right. Every kit is built the same way by the same people, so the category you need is the only choice that matters.

What every price on this page includes

The same list, in every kit, at every rung. A kit lower on the ladder is a smaller build, not a smaller feature set, and installation is free on all of them.

  1. BS-01SYS-03

    AI Studio website

The site itself, built in AI Studio with the copy already written and the booking calendar sitting on the pages that need one.

  2. BS-02ACCT

    Funnels

The single-purpose pages that sit off the site: booking, offer, referral, reactivation. Each one wired to a form, a stage and a follow-up.

  3. BS-03ACCT

    Forms and surveys

What gets asked before anyone speaks to a human, and what gets asked afterwards. Consent wording included where the industry needs it.

  4. BS-04SYS-01

    1 AI Receptionist

The voice on the line. Answers, qualifies, books and transfers the ones worth interrupting someone for.

  5. BS-05SYS-02

    1 AI Chatbot

The same job done in text, across the website chat, text messages, email and the Facebook and Instagram inboxes.

  6. BS-06ACCT

    Custom fields

The per-contact record. What the account knows about one person, and what the automations read before they decide anything.

  7. BS-07ACCT

    Custom values

Account-level placeholders. The reason the same kit works in a second sub-account without anyone opening a workflow.

  8. BS-08ACCT

    Pipelines

The boards and their stages: how work is meant to move, and where it stalls when nobody is watching.

  9. BS-09ACCT

    Workflows

The automation itself, with the wait windows and exit conditions that stop a booked contact being chased.

  10. BS-10SYS-05SYS-04

Appointment reminders, confirmations and no-show recovery

Confirmation on booking, the reminder ladder before it, and the call that goes out when someone does not turn up.

  11. BS-11SYS-09SYS-08

    Nurture campaign

The touches between an enquiry and a booking, and the ones that keep a contact record worth something afterwards.

  12. BS-12SYS-06SYS-07

    Review automation

The ask at completion, and the cadence behind it: channel order, follow-up timing and who is never asked again.

  13. BS-13ACCT

    Seasonal automation

The campaigns that run off the industry calendar rather than the contact record.

  • Delivery. Delivered within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday afternoon arrives on Monday and nothing is delivered at a weekend.
  • Installation. Free with every kit. 10 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 12 days of purchase. That is an allowance of hours, not 12 days of open-ended help. When the 10 hours are spent, or the 12 days are up, anything further is quoted first and billed as work. Nothing is charged by surprise.
  • What the hours cover. Installing the snapshot, rebranding the website, A2P 10DLC registration and setup, email service setup, and adding a few more automations where you need them. Book a call if you would rather ask before you buy.
  • Support scope. The kit and its automations are covered, including adding a few more automations and adjusting the workflows inside it. Third-party integrations, third-party API work and custom software development arequoted separately or handled by a dedicated VA.

Paying for it

Kits are priced on a published ladder from $875 to $2,395, and every rung ends in a five so you can see which one a kit sits on. Where it lands is set by the build: a salon kit is booking, deposits and rebooking, a mortgage kit carries a milestone pipeline, a rate watch and lending compliance wording. The all-access bundle covers all 19 kits and every future release for one payment. Full detail is on the pricing page.

Pick the kit that matches your trade

Nineteen industries, each one a complete build with its workflows, funnels and copy already written. All sales are final once the share link is sent, so ask us anything before you buy.
