API and integration builds

The work that sits outside a snapshot, scoped and quoted as work.

A snapshot cannot connect your EMR, your field service platform or your job costing system, and no amount of workflow building will make it. That work needs a key, an endpoint, error handling and someone to own it when the third party changes their API. This is where it gets done, quoted before it starts rather than absorbed into a support ticket.

What is included

Third-party integrations

Connecting the tool that lives outside HighLevel: practice management, field service, POS, accounting, job costing. Two-way where the API allows it, one-way where it does not, and we will tell you which.

API builds

Authenticated endpoints, webhook relays, retry and error handling, and logging you can read when something fails at two in the morning.

Scheduled data work

Migrations, nightly syncs, deduplication and enrichment jobs that run on a schedule rather than when someone remembers.

Custom software

Portals, calculators and internal tools where a workflow genuinely cannot do the job. Scoped and priced as software, because that is what it is.

Documentation

What was built, where it runs, which credentials it uses and what to do when the third party changes something.

Handover or retainer

Either we hand it to your developer with the documentation, or it sits on a monthly retainer with a named owner.

How it runs

Four phases. You see the account at every one of them, not just at the end.

  1. Technical scoping

We read the third-party API before quoting. If what you want is not possible we say so at this stage, at no cost.

  2. Fixed quote

A written scope with a price and a date. Changes are re-quoted rather than absorbed.

  3. Build and test

Built against a sandbox where one exists, tested with real data volumes, and monitored for the first fortnight.

  4. Handover

Documentation, credentials handover and a decision on ongoing ownership.

Questions about this service

Kit support covers the kit and its automations: adding automations, adjusting workflows, tuning the receptionist script and the review cadence. Third-party API work and custom software are a different discipline with a different risk profile, so they are quoted separately rather than hidden in a support allowance.
