Done-for-you GoHighLevel build services

Six things we do, priced before the call. Every one of them is work we already do for ourselves, which is where the kits came from in the first place.

How we work

Scoped in writing before anyone builds

Every engagement starts with a written scope: what is in it, what is not, what we need from you, and the date. If a request lands outside that scope we quote it rather than absorbing it and slipping the deadline.

  • Fixed price, not hourlyYou know the number before we start. Overruns are our problem, which is a strong incentive to scope honestly.
  • One named builderThe person on the scoping call is the person building it. Nothing is handed to a junior after you sign.
  • Your account, alwaysWe work inside your agency. You own everything at every point and nothing is held hostage.
  • Documented on handoverA written reference for what was built and why, so the next person does not have to reverse engineer it.

Where a kit ends and a service starts

Buying a kit gets you the kit and the support to make it fit. The moment the work reaches outside HighLevel it becomes a separate engagement, and we would rather draw that line on the page than discover it halfway through a ticket.

In the box

Installing the snapshot
We load the kit into the sub-account you name, work the change list with you, and send a test contact down every path before you go live.
Rebranding the website
Your name, your colours, your logo, your domain and your booking links across the site and the funnels, so nothing on the page says anyone else.
A2P 10DLC registration and setup
Brand and campaign filed, the opt-in wording checked against what the carriers actually ask for, and the numbers attached once it clears.
Email service setup
Your domain email connected inside HighLevel, sending domain authenticated, and a test send checked before the first campaign runs.
A few more automations
Adding automations the kit does not already carry, retiming a wait step, splitting a pipeline stage, rewording a template. Normal tuning against how you sell.

Separate engagement

Third-party integrations
Connecting a tool that lives outside HighLevel, such as an EMR, a field service platform, a POS or a job costing system.
Third-party API work
Anything that needs a key, an endpoint and error handling: a two-way sync, a webhook relay, a data migration on a schedule.
Custom software development
A portal, an internal tool, a calculator, an app. Real software, scoped and quoted as software.

Anything in the second column is quoted before it starts, or handed to a dedicated VA on a monthly retainer if you would rather have hands than a project. You will never be billed for it by surprise.

  • DeliveryDelivered within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday afternoon arrives on Monday and nothing is delivered at a weekend.
  • InstallationFree with every kit. 10 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 12 days of purchase.
  • After the hoursWhen the 10 hours are spent, or the 12 days are up, anything further is quoted first and billed as work. Nothing is charged by surprise.

Working with us

Yes. On white-label work nothing carries our name, we do not contact your clients, and the documentation we produce lives in your workspace.

Tell us what is broken

Most enquiries start with an account somebody else half built. Send us the login and a description of what should be happening, and you will get an honest read on whether it needs repair or replacement.
