Install guide
GHL custom CSS, used once: the one-line install
GHL custom CSS and custom JS are the code boxes on the White Label page of GoHighLevel agency settings. The customizer uses each once: one script line in Custom JS, and one @import line in Custom CSS for the login page. Both load your published design, so later changes go live without editing GoHighLevel again.

<script src="https://customizer.ghlcustomercare.com/l/YOUR-KEY.js"></script>@import url("https://customizer.ghlcustomercare.com/lc/YOUR-KEY.css");How to install it, step by step
About two minutes, once. You need agency admin access to GoHighLevel.
Get a kit, from $199Open Get code in the editor
Finish your design and publish. The Get code screen shows both lines with your own key already filled in.
Open Agency Settings
In GoHighLevel, go to Agency Settings, then Company, then White Label.
Paste the line into Custom JS
Copy the line from the editor into the Custom JS field and save. This loads your theme, menus, dashboards and the rest.
Add the login CSS line
On the same White Label page, paste the @import line into Custom CSS and save, so the login page uses your design.
Reload and check
Open a sub-account and the login page. From now on, publish in the editor and refresh.
What the line does and does not do
It never
- Asks for or stores your GoHighLevel password
- Changes contacts, pipelines, workflows or any data
- Alters a snapshot you have imported
- Needs reinstalling when you change the design
It does
- Loads the design you published in the editor
- Applies it to the agency view and every sub-account
- Picks up later changes on the next page load
- Comes off cleanly: delete the line and the default look returns
Install questions
A self-serve account, not a done-for-you service. You design and install it yourself; support helps if you get stuck. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. BuildKitHQ is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel. The customizer runs on the GHL Customer Care platform; your account and login come from there.
Agency Settings, Company, White Label. GoHighLevel has boxes there for Custom CSS and Custom JS. The customizer needs one script line in Custom JS and one @import line in Custom CSS for the login page.
The line loads your published design from the customizer platform. That means design changes, and fixes when GoHighLevel updates its markup, arrive without you editing GoHighLevel again.
About two minutes: copy, paste, save, reload.
No. Publish in the editor and the change is live on the next page load.
Custom JS gets a single script tag that loads https://customizer.ghlcustomercare.com/l/YOUR-KEY.js, and Custom CSS gets a single @import of https://customizer.ghlcustomercare.com/lc/YOUR-KEY.css. YOUR-KEY is your own account key, shown with both lines on the Get code screen of the editor.
Your existing rules keep working. If one fights the design, move it into the customizer’s advanced CSS box so the order is predictable.
Delete the line from Custom JS (and the @import line from Custom CSS) and save. GoHighLevel returns to its default look immediately; your data is never touched.
No. The install line only loads design code. You never give us or the platform your GoHighLevel password, and nobody needs access to your agency to set it up.
Two minutes of pasting after the fun part
Pick a kit, design it in the editor, then paste the line. Login emailed within minutes (max 24 hours).
